Coconut Pie
This pie is very easy to make and is defiantly worth the efforts. All your really have to do is mix up some ingredients and the over does the rest for you. Ingredients
Make It!
In a large bowl place milk,sugar,coconut, eggs , flour , butter , vanilla stir until combined. Then pour it in to the pie shell.
Bake It!
Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes or until a tooth pick is put in toward the middle of the pie and comes out clean. Cool to room temperatures and refrigerate leftovers.

- 1 1/2 cups of milk
- 1 cups of sugar
- 3/4 shredded coconut
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 2 tbs of all purpose flour
- 1 tbs of butter, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon of vanilla extract
- 1 unbaked pastry shell ( size depends on what size pan your cooking it in)
